We focus solely on owning and managing SFRs and manufactured homes in various markets across the United States, and we are actively sourcing new opportunities.

Moon Street (MS) deploys capital into single-family homes and manufactured housing communities in historically stable markets in the Northeast and Southeast United States. MS is involved with both the acquisition, stabilization and operation of each asset. We are currently active in Northern New Jersey, Massachusetts and Northern Alabama.

We have the ability to purchase large communities as well individual homes in the markets where we are active. Moon Street provides liquidity to banks and homeowners through purchasing distressed single-family homes, homes from undercapitalized owners, and senior note pools.
